The Deli
We are particularly proud of our selection of cheeses which number about fifty. They are kept in perfect condition using our state-of-the-art cheese maturing room. Some of the local cheeses on sale are Long Mynd Fidget, Tanatside, Wrekin White, and a variety of cheeses from the Monkland Dairy.
Also available is a range of appetising quiches and pies produced on a daily basis by the kitchen. There are salamis and other cured meats from Trealy Farm and delicious organic smoked salmon from the Organic Smokehouse in Craven Arms. We also stock Arbroath smokies and a variety of smoked fish from Inverawe Smokehouses. Last but not least there is the stunning black pudding produced by our very own butchery.
