Jams & Pickles
Our jams and pickles are made with the seasons when the ingredients are at their very best. Simple favourites like Shropshire strawberry or raspberry jam are available but we have also got a range of more unusual offerings. Our jam and pickle team have won so many awards that we have lost count. Amongst the award winners are their Thai Pear Pickle, Medium Cut Seville Marmalade and Celebration Jam. In 2009 and 2010, Darren & Tess won the World Marmalade Competition which has led to their Hand-Cut and Lady Windsor's marmalades being stocked in Fortnum and Mason. Finally, our range of mustard includes three varieties that are all matured for a minimum of three months before they are bottled.
