Our bakery bakes 7 days a week so if you are shopping in the morning you will find the bread is still warm. Anna makes a wide range of bread with organic flour from Shipton Mill and Bacheldre Mill. She is particularly proud of her sourdough (brown and white flour) which is made with an 19 year old mother dough and her five-seed and onion bread with cheese on top. In addition, she makes her own wholemeal and award winning malted wheat breads, sponge breads and a selection of rolls.
Anna’s cakes have long been the star of the show and her Victoria Sponge won 2 years running at the Ludlow Food Festival. Amongst her other creations are chocolate brownies and a range of cakes including chocolate, lemon drizzle and coffee.
