The Windsor Conference Room


Facilities


The purpose built Conference Room overlooks the Food Hall, and is suitable for a variety of uses such as meetings, exhibitions and promotional events etc. The Conference Room is fully air conditioned, has a hearing aid loop and is accessible by lift if the stairs present a problem. There is ample car parking adjacent to the Ludlow Food Centre.

We are able to provide a laptop projector, an overhead projector and a flipchart. The Conference Room will cater for up to 118 persons, and we will lay out the room to your requirements, which may include delegate tables, or boardroom style.

Room Hire Costs


The room hire costs are £250 per day or £135 per half day

Catering


Catering can be provided if required. The food we offer is all produced in our kitchens and bakery from ingredients we buy locally or rear on our Estate farm. Coffee is sourced, roasted and ground in house. Please also let us quote for soup with bread, anti pasta, olives with breads, gourmet cheese platters or formal afternoon teas.
