The Butchery


The butchery department is very much at the heart of the Centre. All the meat comes from the Estate and comprises both organic and non-organic. The meat is slaughtered locally at Griffiths of Leintwardine with the carcasses being brought back to the Centre to be butchered. Poultry is sourced locally as well as some game (when not available from the Estate). Full traceability is our watchword.

All the usual cuts are available in organic and non-organic meat. Whichever route you choose to go down the flavour will be superb. We currently have quarter lambs available at £4.45 per kilo.
