The Bakery
Anna makes a wide range of bread with organic flour from Shipton Mill and Bacheldre Mill. She is particularly proud of her sourdough (brown and white flour) and five-seed loaves with onion. In addition she makes her own wholemeal and award winning malted wheat breads, along with a selection of rolls.
An ever changing range of cakes including the traditional victoria sponge, lemon drizzle cake, and apple and cinnamon cake is always available, as well as Anna's delicious flapjacks.
She has already made her first mincemeat, and Christmas cakes, mince pies and Christmas puddings will soon be on their way.
