Marmalade
Ludlow Food Centre have made the world’s best marmalades for two years. We buy Seville oranges direct from growers in Spain and only use Sevilles from a single co-operative just outside Seville. We make 6 varieties of marmalade in our jam and pickle kitchen including our multi-award winning Hand Cut Seville Orange Marmalade variety. To make this we literally hand cut the peel and use a slightly different recipe to ensure every last drop of flavour is captured in each jar. There are no additives, preservatives, pectin or other nasties in our marmalade just Seville oranges, sweet oranges, sugar and lemon juice.
