Kitchen
Our production kitchen is a hive of activity and makes seasonally inspired local food. We use ingredients from Shropshire and the surrounding counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Powys. All our food is handmade so there are no machines or production lines involved. Our pies and pasties are award winning and all our pork products are made using Gloucester Old Spot pork from our estate reared pigs. Don’t miss out on the pork pies because they are some of the best in the UK.
