Dudley Martin and Paul Bedford are true artisans and make all our cheese by hand. They collect milk from our own herd of Friesian Holstein cows and make it into cheese the same day. Dudley has won British and World Cheese Awards with his Croft Gold and Bromfield Priory . He also makes our most iconic cheese, Ludlow Blue, which is the only Shropshire Blue made in Shropshire. Our cheeses are unique and make the perfect cheese board to end any evening meal so have a try of all of them and see if you can find a favourite.
